@EnglandsPrincess - but don’t you think that, if you don’t know someone, it’s far easier (and more diplomatic) to like them until you’ve been given a reason not to? Or do you think it’s appropriate for people to hate others until they deem them worthy of more appreciation? 

I don’t think that my asking for Kate to do more or by being disappointed in her lack of work it is hating. I also don’t think it’s about liking someone you don’t know until you’ve been given a reason not to. I don’t like Kate nor do I dislike her. But because I agree with the fact that she should do more work I am not hating.
